Laurent’s battle against leukemia
Before Christmas, 5-year-old Laurent's Compassion project workers noticed he was suffering from a swollen neck so arranged for him to undergo a series of medical tests. The results came back in mid January and sadly confirmed that Laurent has leukemia.
Doctors have put Laurent on medication for the next six months as they make further decisions about his treatment plan. Please join us in praying for healing for this young boy from Rwanda. Ask God to give the doctors great wisdom. Please also pray for God to comfort Laurent and his family as they are very worried about the future.
