Copywriter – Retention Specialist

We are looking to recruit an experienced copywriter as the new Retention Specialist for our dynamic Marketing Team.

This position would suit an individual with the desire to help remove injustice and poverty and see children achieve their God given potential. The successful candidate will have work-based copywriting and editorial experience, with strong project and time management skills and at least 6 months' marketing experience. You’ll need to be a team player, creative, innovative and flexible. First class interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills, and the ability to multi-task work to agreed deadlines with a high level of accuracy are also essential for this role. Qualifications in Marketing or Communications are desirable.

The main functions include:

Promote and maintain CUK’s Christian Ethos and Values; Enhance the sponsorship journey to fully engage, inspire and motivate supporters to increase their participation; Provide marketing support for communication requests. There is an occupational requirement for the Copywriter - Retention Specialist to have a personal commitment to the Christian faith.

This is a permanent office-based role working 35 hours per week 9.00 – 17.00 Monday – Friday. Please note that we cannot consider applicants who do not presently have permission to work in the UK.
