Pray for children who are forced to work
On World Day Against Child Labour, join us in praying for children who are forced to work.
- Pray for the 168 million children worldwide trapped in child labour. This accounts for 11 percent of the total child population.*
- Ask God to protect those who are engaged in hazardous work. The UNDP Human Development Report tells us this is around half of working children.
- This year, World Day Against Child Labour is focused on ending child labour and supply chains. Ask for awareness and action amongst industry leaders.
- Pray for the 60 percent of child labourers who work in the agricultural industry.
