What Emerson taught me

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made." Psalm 139:14

“He is a child full of potential for the future. He is fearfully and wonderfully made. He is loved and known. He’s my sponsored child.

I’m Danielle Strickland. I’m a major in the Salvation Army. An advocate to stop human trafficking, I write and I speak. I’m the mother of three boys and I’m the proud sponsors of little boy named Emerson. And today I get to meet him.”

Prayer: Thank you God that Emerson has a bright future thanks to his sponsor. Thank you that he is loved, known and protected through Compassion.
